Our Behavioral Health Technician, Ethan is celebrating 1 year of sobriety, and his journey is one that truly represents what recovery looks like in real life.

Like many people in early recovery, Ethan once felt lost and unsure of his path. But he stayed committed, putting in the work even when it wasn’t easy.

One of the hardest parts of early sobriety for Ethan was learning to live with honesty — being real with himself and others. That willingness to face things head-on is what helped him grow into the person he is today.

If you know Ethan, you know he brings a unique energy to the team —
quick-witted, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. His humor can lighten any room, and his genuine care helps clients feel seen and understood.

Today, Ethan stands on the other side of the struggle, helping others find the same hope and direction he once needed himself.

We are incredibly proud to have him on this team.

Congratulations on 1 year, Ethan. Your story is just getting started. 🌱

In recovery, we focus on the whole person, which includes healthy routines, proper rest, and compassionate care. You deserve support in every part of your healing. Do you need help improving your sleep? Amanda has some great tips, come talk with her!

That weight you're carrying?
It means you're still in the fight.

"Your pain is proof of life, and life is proof that change is still possible."
Recovery isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up even when it hurts, even when it's hard, even when no one's watching.

If you're reading this and you're struggling today, drop a 💪 in the comments. Let's remind each other we're not alone.
