In recovery, we don't focus on forever. We focus on today.
That first day can feel impossible. The weight of everything you're facing, everything you've been through, everything ahead—it can seem like too much. But here's the truth: you only have to get through today.

Day 1 becomes Day 30. Day 30 becomes Day 90. And somewhere along the way, you look up and realize you're standing in a place you never imagined possible.
Recovery isn't about perfection. It's about progress. It's about choosing yourself, one moment at a time, one decision at a time, one day at a time.
