Smart Bodies is really proud to share one of our newest transformations.
On the one-year anniversary of starting her journey, Abagail Shelters hit an incredible milestone — 85 pounds lost. 💪
Over the past year, Abby has been training with John, and one thing stood out the entire time: consistency.
She tracked everything — workouts, exercises, progress in the gym, and even her weekly weigh-ins. That same structure carried over into her nutrition, where she tracked what she ate and met with a registered dietitian each month to keep improving.
Even during weeks when the scale didn’t move, the process showed her the truth — she was still getting stronger and still moving forward.
