We took a tour of the neighborhood holiday lights and look who drove us! Santa himself came to show us the biggest and brightest! Thank you to our fearless Jeremy for letting Santa take the wheel for the night. We had a lovely time out and returned to hot chocolate and cookies. And to all a good night!

Yesterday a group of residents set out on an outing with our driver, Jeremy, to go see the Wanamaker department store Christmas light show. For anyone that grew up in the region, the light show was an annual tradition. As this is the last year to see the light show with music from the original pipe organ, crowds were such that everyone decided to go out to lunch at a local diner instead. A delicious alternative to standing in line outside waiting to get into the show.

Chair Fitness with Suzanne today included ribbons. Everyone had a blast and as always, Suzanne kept up the tempo.

We had a lovely time learning about Hanukkah yesterday from our resident Karen. For those of us that did not grow up celebrating, this was an incredible opportunity to learn and ask questions. We ended the activity enjoying some latkes and having a few games of dreidel under our belt.
