Still unpacking an incredible weekend with Jimmy!!!

We are simply overwhelmed by the incredible experiences over this past weekend. We came together, we shared energy, we sweat, we moved, we learned, we laughed, we celebrated each other, and we came together in support of each other as Jimmy would say! We are stronger yogi’s after this weekend!

We dove deep into the history of where our lineage of yoga comes from, we heard first hand experiences of how our style of yoga grew from its arrival in the US, and how it shifted to today. We broke down and built up postures. We asked questions and got understanding. We learned about other influences on our yoga, and so much more! Like we said, still unpacking!!!

Thank you Jimmy for coming to share your in depth knowledge and light with us. Thank you to everyone who came and took advantage of the opportunity to learn from such an influential, long standing yogi in the community. We truly came together, on purpose, for a reason and it was exactly the enery it was meant to be!

To say that we are extremely grateful is even an understatement. We as a studio promise you that we will always strive to make ourselves better teachers by continuing to learn and educate ourselves from the best out there and also bring them to you! Our teaching team is engaged, evolving, and dedicated to excellence. 💫

Three days of knowledge, yoga, sweat and fun starting tonight at 5pm. It is not every day that we get to be around someone who has been immersed in our lineage of yoga since its origins to the US. This is an amazing opportunity for all levels!!! Everybody is welcome!
