For the longest time, I used to think anyone rocking a Wolfpack was just a poser.
I was so hardcore, so locked into the grind, that I didn’t get it.

Then I got to Vegas.

I saw the practicality.
I saw the professionalism.
I saw the meaning behind it.

So I bought the pack.
And today, I added the patches.

NPC Athlete.
Men’s Physique.

And yeah—maybe they look “cheesy” to some people—but I know what it took to earn those stripes.
The grit.
The sacrifice.
The discipline.
The dark days I had to survive just to still be standing.

These aren’t decorations.
They’re reminders.

Reminders that celebrating your wins is not arrogance—it’s gratitude.
Reminders that not chasing your goals is the real tragedy.
Reminders that bodybuilding gave me structure, purpose, and quite literally saved my life.

I’m proud of this chapter.

Straight-Arm Pulldown — One of the most underrated lat movements.

This exercise trains the actual function of the lats: adducting the humerus to the midline of the body. That’s why ex*****on matters more than load.

Key cues:
• Arms slightly bent and locked in place
• Pull from behind the elbows, not the hands
• Draw the scapula down and together as you finish
• Hard contraction at the bottom, full stretch at the top

Keep the reps higher. Focus on control. This movement works extremely well as a warm-up, a finisher, or mixed into your back training to improve lat engagement and upper-back development.
