It’s not every day a turkey shows up to celebrate Turkey Day early but .....our Artis Senior Living turkey did just that! Our residents absolutely loved our feathery friend, and she seemed to feel right at home. 😉

On Friday evening, our Artis family came together to celebrate Thanksgiving a little early and our hearts are full. 🧡🍂

Families, residents, and our incredible team shared a beautiful evening filled with joy, connection, and the simple magic of being together. These moments are why we do what we do. Watching our residents smile, seeing families relax and enjoy time with their loved ones, and feeling the warmth in every corner of our community… it truly means everything.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and helped create such a special night. At Artis, we believe in celebrating life’s moments big and small this was one we’ll remember for a long time. 🦃✨

Today we celebrated our community’s Associates Thanksgiving Potluck! 🧡
We loved sharing our favorite homemade dishes with our Artis family. Our team means everything to us without their dedication, we couldn’t serve our residents, support their families, or continue raising awareness for Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

We are truly grateful for all you do. Thank you for your hard work, your heart, and the memories we’ve created together this year. 🦃✨

Our community takes great pride in its ongoing efforts to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s. Throughout the year, we participate in a variety of activities to support the Alzheimer’s Association through both awareness and fundraising.

Most recently, our Director of Business Services created a set of beautiful baskets for a community raffle. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised an additional $500 for the Alzheimer’s Association.

A heartfelt thank-you to all who donated, and congratulations to our winners, Barbara and Stephanie!

Our Directors of Community Integration have a role focused entirely on ensuring residents are welcomed with intention, care plans are aligned holistically, families are communicated with proactively, and Artis associates are supported with robust dementia education from day one.

In other words, they’re the Directors of helping people belong.

We’re celebrating National Happy Hour Day with a toast to our well-being – and a refreshingly healthy mocktail recipe from our National Director of Culinary Services, Chef Joel Walding. 🧑‍🍳 It’s light, bubbly, and packed with ingredients that love you back.

Cucumber-Pear Electrolyte Refresher

🥒 4-5 cucumber slices – rich in beta carotene to help calm inflammation
🍐 1/2 ripe pear, sliced thin – a great source of fiber for gentle digestion
🍯 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional) – natural sweetness with soothing antioxidants
💚 juice of 1/2 a lime – loaded with vitamin C to give your immune system a lift
sea salt – just a pinch to help your body hold on to hydration
🥥 1/2 cup coconut water – a natural way to restore electrolytes after activity
💦 1/2 cup sparkling water – the more hydration, the better In a shaker or tall glass, muddle the cucumber slices and pear with lime juice and honey or agave until juicy.

Add a pinch of sea salt and pour in the coconut water.

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top with sparkling water.

Stir gently and garnish with a cucumber ribbon or pear slice. Cheers! 🍹

🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrated and honored all the amazing veterans who’ve served our country. We spent the day sharing stories, laughing over memories of travels and military life, and appreciating the special moments that mean so much to our very own Veterans here at Artis Senior Living of Evesham.

We wrapped up the day with a delicious Veterans Lunch and a touching ceremony with our community . 💙

Huge thanks to all veterans for your service and an extra special shoutout to our very own veterans. We’re so grateful for you! 🙏❤️
