Thankful November, Day 14:
Today, we are thankful for Paige! Paige is our office manager, our den mother, the one who makes this machine keep running each and every day. We are thankful for everything she does to help support Marquette Medical and its patients.

Thankful November, Day 13:
Today is World Kindness Day. In a time when things can feel heavy, we are so thankful for the small, everyday acts of kindness in our community. To the people who shovel their neighbor's sidewalk, who drop off their extra package of diapers, who smile and compliment a stranger's hat, thank you for making the world a little bit brighter.

Thankful November, Day 11:
Today, we are thankful for our veterans.
Today is Veteran's Day, but originally, this was Armistice Day, a celebration of the movement toward peace after the horrors of World War I. As society, science, and warfare evolve, the threats toward democracy do as well. But so do we, as humans. We evolve and we make choices, and together we can all hope to move toward peace. We give our deep gratitude toward those who choose to serve and defend democracy, from the days of World War I through today. The skies are stormy in our democracy lately, and our thoughts are with you.

Thankful November, Day 10:
SNOW! Even when it makes travel challenging, we are thankful for the fluffy white stuff. A cozy fire, snowfall outside, hot cocoa after a long cross country ski... this is why we live were we do.

Thankful November, Day 8:
We just found out it's National Cappuccino Day, so obviously we're thankful for our local coffee companies!
Whether it's a maple latte at Trenary Toast Cafe, a Yirgacheffe pour-over at The Crib, affogato at Provisions, you can't go wrong. Not to mention the other amazing coffee places around here... this was just a sample of what we had last week. Where's your favorite cup?

Thankful November, Day 7:
Today, we are thankful for Frontline Strong Together . This dedicated group supports the mental health of our first responders, including law enforcement, EMS, dispatch, fire, and corrections. We are proud to partner with them in supporting First Responder health and wellbeing.

First responders get out there every day and run straight toward the things that most of us hope to never see; FST5 is there to help them put together the pieces afterward.

If you are a first responder or family member struggling with depression, PTSD, substance abuse, gambling, or other issues, please reach out to us or to FST5 directly. We are here for you.

Today, we are thankful for our first responders!
Firefighters, EMS personnel, law enforcement and dispatch are not only the people we count on to keep our community safe, they are our friends, family, and even our employees.

Thankful November, Day 4:
Today, we are thankful for Juniper the office cat.
Juniper spends her days here napping, snuggling patients, and allowing staff to pet her. You can usually find her napping in a bin under the back desk. She spends most nights chasing mice in Dr. Brown's barn.
Fun fact: as a Siberian Forest Cat, Juniper has low Fel d 1 protein, which makes her allergy-friendly!

Thankful November, Day #3
Today, we are thankful for our local bookstores. We can always count on , , and for a trip to keep our shelves stocked. Looking for a new read?
