Family caregivers month ....

What more can I say besides thank you. Thank you to all the family members who tirelessly give every oz to someone. Whether that be your spouse, child, parent , etc.

You're needed and seen. I know it isnt easy some days. Some days you dont know how youre going to get through. But you have and you will continue to. You're strong and an encouragement to other caregivers such as myself.

I am here if you ever need to talk. I understand.
