Founded in 2000, the Foot and Ankle Center serves patients from across southeastern Louisiana, including Jefferson, St. Located in the West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero, LA, the Foot and Ankle Center offers expert care for you and your family. At the Foot and Ankle Center, our medical staff aren’t just highly trained experts in their fields. They’re also kind, patient and attentive to your needs, focusing on personal, focused medical care. Our patients come from all walks of life, working in every sector of coastal Louisiana, and the Foot and Ankle Center is proud to be an integral part of our community. The doctors at Foot and Ankle Center in Marerro, LA are extensively trained in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions of the foot and ankle, and are dedicated to providing the best in surgical and non-surgical treatments for their patients. Dr. Denise (Lea) Elliott, DPM, treats foot and ankle injuries, and those occuring at the workplace. She Specializes in flat-foot reconstruction surgery, ankle arthroscopy, and correction of common foot deformities including bunions, hammertoes, and heel spurs. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Catherine Hudson, DPM, moved to New Orleans to attend Loyola University and returned to the city after podiatry school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Foot and Ankle Center is the only practice she has worked at since her residency in Montgomery, AL.
