We shared a delicious brunch, celebrated another year of meaningful work, and had some fun with raffle prizes and holiday cheer.

November is Diabetes Awareness Month.

Diabetes touches so many lives — and it is more common in rural areas where nearly 1 in 10 adults have been diagnosed, compared to about 8% in urban areas (CDC, 2023).

But, living in a small town shouldn’t mean fewer health resources and poorer health. At Hot Springs Health Program, we’re here to help with local care, education, and support for every step of your health journey.
