We are seeking an outgoing experienced business assistant that can grow with our organization and add to our already outstanding culture. This position will play a key role in the future development of Peachy Home Care and add to its already great reputation.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates weekly staffing schedule with current and future client needs

Assist on financial oversight of:
• Client Invoicing
• Bi-weekly payroll distribution
• Month end reporting
• Organization of expenses

Assists in HR functions for scheduling appointments
• Maintains personnel files

Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Participate in weekly management meetings

Job Requirements:
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• Experience in scheduling
• High degree of attention to detail

*Previous Medical Office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
