Help us congratulate Dennis Conlon, VP of Operations, on his upcoming retirement! 🎉

During his 14 years at Ralco, Dennis has played a key role in leading our operations team. He’s especially proud of the major plant upgrades completed about nine years ago, including new ingredient and packing bins, computerized batching systems, a robotic stacker and stretchwrapper, and more. These investments continue to make a lasting impact today.

What Dennis has valued most during his time at Ralco is the people: his fellow employees, our customers, and our owners.

As he heads into retirement, Dennis is most looking forward to having no schedule and spending more time with his wife, Jill, and grandkids. Thank you, Dennis, for your dedication and leadership. We wish you and Jill all the best in a well-earned retirement! 👏
