Our Story
Chef Rola is of Lebanese origin. Her lifelong passion, aside from being a wonderful mother to her four children, is cooking and making people happy. She truly cooks from the heart. Her motto is "Alf Saha" which is Arabic for "with a thousand healths.” This phrase is commonly used among Arabs to express well wishes for health and safety for those being interacted with. We believe and hope that with every bite you take from our food, you will have unlimited health and happiness.
Rola cooks most, if not all her recipes from complete scratch! Our menu is consistent but we provide daily specials that you must come to try. Rola is even willing to cook for large groups! If you have a dinner group of 10 or more adults, give us a call! We are more than happy to accommodate larger parties outside of our business hours. We only ask that you give us one week's notice so we can prepare! We also cater!
