Here is a quick follow-up reminder from your Sports PT 💪

There are many things we sometimes worry about when getting back to training, but they are completely normal:

✔️ Feeling a bit “rusty” after a break
✔️ Muscles getting tired faster than before
✔️ Soreness 24–48 hours after a hard workout
✔️ Form changing when you start to feel tired
✔️ Needing time to rebuild confidence after an injury

After an ACL tear, it’s not just about getting stronger, it’s about teaching your knee how to move, react, and support you again.

Mobility gives you the range you need to bend, straighten, and load the knee without compensation.

Stability teaches the muscles around the knee, hip, and foot to control that movement so the joint feels steady and confident.

Our PEAK Sport & Spine Food Drive has officially wrapped up, and thanks to the incredible generosity of our patients, providers, staff, and community members, we collected well over 500 pounds of canned goods and non-perishable items for local food banks!!

Your support will directly help families in our community during a time when it’s needed most. We’re grateful for everyone who took a moment to drop off a donation, spread the word, or encouraged others to get involved.

At PEAK, we believe in caring for our communities beyond the clinic, and this food drive was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together.
