The Fountain Clinic

The Fountain Clinic The Fountain Clinic provides health care for those who are uninsured or under insured & qualify. We serve people at or below the 250% poverty level.

Founded in 1992, The Fountain Clinic is a free medical clinic serving those with little or no insurance. All new patients must bring identification and proof of income (preferably a 1040). A $5.00 donation is requested at each appointment. We have a registered nurse on site 5 days a week, a Nurse Practitioner 3 days a week, a volunteer physician assistant, and volunteer doctors 2-3 days a week. We are not a walk-in clinic and Physician Clinics are on a first come, first serve basis. Prescription and dental assistance is provided to senior citizens (60+, in Calhoun county) who meet Calhoun County Senior Millage Guidelines. The Fountain Clinic can also help with prescriptions by enrolling eligible patients in Patient Assistance Programs through pharmaceutical companies. Optical referrals are available to anyone in the Marshall area or anyone with a letter from their local Lions Club.
