The bigness of this week is galloping in on legs strong and wild. Can you feel it?

Today is the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse, and every astrologer I know is saying the same thing—opportunities are going to be coming in fast this year…🐎❤️‍🔥

Like a horse riding past you on a stretch of grassland. You have the ability to hop on and be carried on the rippling back of something big and beautiful—

If you are willing to take the leap.
If you are willing to try for it.
If you’re willing to make the changes you need to become light enough to travel as swiftly as your spirit is asking you to go.

I think about horses—not only how fast they are—but how sensitive.

How their bodies and nervous systems are mirrors for our own.

How they can help us see our own sensitive, changing, electric bodies as a gift—the very thing that was designed to carry us into a new era.

The world is changing quickly, shimmering around the edges as it gallops into entirely new terrain.

And you, as a sensitive, have everything you need within you to meet this moment with grace, and power.

When I recorded my Intuitive Reading for February back in early January I kept seeing a flower, sheltered on the sunny side of a house. A flower, in winter, in snow, surviving.

A flower-that is us-blooming because we decided that the tenderest parts of ourselves do, indeed, deserve protection.

I didn't know then how important that image would be now.

My heart is with all survivors right now. All of us who lived through unthinkable things.

We have all lived through unthinkable things.

My heart is with the tender, young parts of us that never got the protection we deserved.

The parts of us that still need protection now.

The whole reading for the month of February is on the podcast...but if l'd share one takeaway it would be this: this is a month to shelter the bloom that is your heart.

To care for yourself, to hold yourself. To protect your power, your tenderness, your agency, your fire, your hope.

To plant what needs protection on the sunny side of your house, and remember that you deserve shelter.

Because what is blooming within you now is important for the whole world.
