☕️ Oh yeah, it's cold outside. Here in WNC it's getting even colder for the next few days. 🥶 Brrrrrrr! Help the body stay warm and invigorated by sipping on nourishing, warming tea throughout the day.

Try this delicious Prama Wellness Method™ tea recipe to help you do just that - stay warm!

Ingredients:

2 Cardamom pods
1/3 tsp Black Peppercorns
2 Cloves
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

If you don't have whole ingredients, use powder if you need to.

Directions:

Add the cardamom, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon to a pot & cover with 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer & infuse for 10 mins. After 10 mins, pour into a cup and add honey & nut milk, if desired. Experiment with other additional ingredients like lemon, ginger & turmeric for more delicious, warming, sipping teas. Enjoy!
