Boulder Creek opened its doors in 2014. It is a facility focused on establishing a stable foundation for adults with dementia through service, community, choice and individuality. The building is designed to offer a homey atmosphere where tenants can feel free to explore and not feel confined to limited areas.

Our focus is to create an incredible quality of life for those with memory loss. Through activities, and the relationships we build with our tenants and their families; we help our tenants to live life to the fullest every day.
