This week our carestaff had a special opportunity to participate in dementia training. It was definitely an eye opening experience! The exercises simulated (as best as possible) some of the challenges an individual with dementia symptoms faces each and everyday. Our carestaff came away with a greater level of empathy and understanding for the residents they care for.
Thank you Kayla and Heart to Heart Hospice for providing such wonderful staff education. ❤️
