"Our son came to our family through foster care. The early years of his life, prior to our family, were filled with trauma, and that pain showed itself in struggles with attachment, anxiety, and depression—especially as he entered his teen years. There were times we didn’t know what to do and had to take life one hour at a time. After multiple hospital stays and painful moments, we found ourselves desperately searching for help. Hope Harbor offers Spirit-led discipleship, mentoring, and training to members of Christ’s body who are experiencing hurt or distress. Our goal is to see lives and relationships healed through the application of Biblical truths. This is achieved by guiding individuals to depend on God and His Word for all circumstances in their lives. Counseling sessions can be conducted in person or virtually and are available for teens, adults, and families seeking guidance and support.
