Massage therapy is an excellent tool to explore what the body is holding onto and how it manifests as pain, tension and discomfort. My massage practice is rooted in the connection the Womb space. Our original home where our bodies were fully taken care of, warm, held, suspended in a deeply relaxed state of being. I bring that energy into my studio space and into my massage. Offering my clients the potential to dive deep into this transformative Womb space of relaxation so the body can heal itself. I was professionally trained at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2016. I have also been trained in Maternity Massage and Pelvic Myofascial Release. My speciality is pregnancy massage and gentle deep tissue. I have a high quality Body Cushion Support System that is adjustable at the belly and breasts so any pregnant or nursing clients are able to receive laying on their stomach. Allowing for deeper back and hip work to be done. My sessions are typically a fusion of deep tissue, myofasical, trigger point and broad stroke swedish techniques. Jade Hot Stones, Cupping and Aromatherapy available upon request as a complimentary upgrade. Each massage session takes a different form for each unique client.
