Trackchair® is very excited to get the word out!:
Hinesburg, VT: The Anisfield-Wilson Track2wing Project announces the opening of their 2026 application period starting January 1, 2026. Applications will be accepted through March 31st.
Track2wing grants Trackchairs® to individuals with mobility challenges who want to train and hunt with sporting dogs. Applicants must submit a completed form, a photo, and two letters of recommendation. A statement of financial or medical documentation may be requested. Finalists will also be interviewed by phone. In April, the Track2wing Advisory Committee will review all the applications and notify the recipients by the end of the month.
Track2wing is a privately funded independent LLC, founded in 2020 to provide tracked wheelchairs to hunters with mobility impairments, so they can continue to participate in activities involving sporting dogs. Since then, Track2wing has granted 61 Trackchairs® to recipients across the U.S. and Canada. While Track2wing encourages use of the Trackchair® for other hunting, fishing, and outdoor pursuits, the heart of the Track2wing mission is a passion for gun dogs and the hunter-conservationist lifestyle.
Along with the Trackchair®, Track2wing provides allowances for accessories and a trailer. Track2wing may also provide recipients with membership to the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association, Pheasants Forever, Quail Forever, or the Ruffed Grouse Society.
