👩‍🍳 Erin is back with another cooking workshop, and this time it’s for the kids!

Join us at Guiding Star Marshalltown on Sunday, December 7th from 2:00-3:00 PM for a hands-on Kids Cooking Workshop!

Kids will use Pampered Chef’s “Dough Much Fun” Box to create both sweet and savory pies, and take their kit home afterward! 🥧

• Cost: $40 (covers the box + ingredients)
• Families with multiple kids only need one box, add $5 per extra child for ingredients.
• Recommended for ages 4 and up (parents must stay to assist).

Is your daughter asking big questions?

Join us Saturday, November 16, 4:00–5:30 PM for an empowering evening learning about the superpowers of the female body: Ovulation, Menstruation, Gestation, and Lactation.

We’ll focus on ovulation and menstruation, helping your daughter recognize the signs of puberty, prepare for her first period, and understand what’s normal and healthy. She’ll also begin to connect her changing body to the future beauty of womanhood, motherhood, and her SPICE: Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Creative, and Emotional growth.

Each daughter receives a gift and a resource folder to continue these important conversations at home.

The cost of this Mother-Daughter class is $25 and an additional $10 will be added per daughter (1 daughter = $25, 2 daughters = $35, etc.).

Join us for our free Fall Women’s Social, a cozy evening filled with warm soup, sweet treats, festive drinks, and uplifting feminine community.

As we enter into a season of thankfulness, we sure have a lot to be grateful for!

Last week, Modern Woodsmen generously dropped off over $700 in clothing and baby items for Aggie’s Closet! This isn’t the first, or even the second time they’ve blessed our community with such needed gifts.

A huge thank you to Modern Woodsmen, and to our wonderful volunteer and partner, Jenny (pictured), for helping us stock all of these items! 💛
