Alliant Energy informed us that there will be no electricity in the building (working on a sub-station) from 8 AM to 9 AM on Tuesday, March 24. Center Associates will open up at 9 AM on Tuesday.

Sergeant Nate Howard is an American hero.

He was from Marshalltown and served 11 years in the Iowa Army National Guard, where his family said he “loved what he was doing.”

He was tragically killed by an ISIS terrorist in Palmyra, Syria on December 13th while serving with 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division.

He leaves behind a loving family and will be remembered as a dedicated soldier and for his love of hunting and video games.

Due to low reimbursement rates and the limited number of mental health providers, we will, as of Jan 1, 2026, not be credentialed with Medicare United Healthcare plans at CA. We are encouraging Medicare (United Healthcare) patients—during this open enrollment period—to review and consider switching to a replacement plan that offers better coverage for brain health care.
