This time of year always invites reflection.
Not just on what we accomplished—but on what we learned, what we released, and what we survived.
Gratitude has been a theme for me this year.
Even for the seasons that felt uncomfortable, uncertain, or scary.
Many of you had big life changes, graduated or achieved something you've been dreaming about for years. Some of you were challenged and needed your community's support. I LOVE hearing all of the accomplishments and goals that were reached, just as much as I love supporting and cheering you on to your next big move ✨
As I step into a new year, my intention is to move with more presence, more trust, and more alignment—with my health, my work, and the people I get to walk alongside.
