Here are a few simple tips for better, more supportive sleep:
⢠Sleep on your back or side and try to avoid stomach sleeping
⢠Keep your spine straight and supported throughout the night
⢠Choose a pillow that supports the natural curve of your neck
⢠If youāre a side sleeper, place a small pillow between your knees to help with hip alignment
