🌟 Marshfield October Employee of the Month Spotlight: Erin! 🌟

Erin continues to set the bar high at our High Needs Medical program. She goes above and beyond in the “little things” that matter most: supporting client grooming needs, planning outings, joining client parties with enthusiasm, and jumping in wherever she’s needed. Her kindness, positivity, and constant smile make every shift better for both clients and coworkers alike.

As we head into the holiday, we want to take a moment to express how truly grateful we are for each of you. Your hard work, compassion, and dedication to excellent client care make all the difference--not just in the success of our organization, but in the supportive and inspiring culture we're proud to have.

Dez is absolutely amazing with all of our clients. She has a unique ability to connect with everyone she works with and adjust to each client’s individual needs. It’s easy to see how much she truly cares for each and every one of them. 💙

Dez is also one of the most dependable team members we have—though she primarily works 3rd shift, you’ll often find her helping out on any shift, any day, and even on her weekends off. Her positive spirit and willingness to go above and beyond make her such a valued part of our team.
