We are hosting a food drive for St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store and Outreach-Marshfield, WI through the month of November. Donations can be dropped off in the food box by the front door.

Below are the items needed:

✅Canned chicken, tuna, Spam and salmon
✅Canned beans and lentils
✅Canned chili, soups, stews, and raviolis
✅Nut butter such as peanut or almond butter
✅Canned vegetables and fruit
✅Applesauce
✅Fruit or vegetable juice
✅Granola bars
✅Nuts
✅Crackers
✅Rice
✅Pasta
✅Rolled oats or oatmeal packets
✅Cereal
✅Cooking oil
✅Spices and seasonings
✅Stock, broth, or bouillon cubes
✅Tea and coffee
✅Sugar and honey

✅Salad dressings

October is National Physical Therapy Month! We are so pleased to share the incredible work and difference that our physical therapy team makes each and every day for our residents. ♥

Tony has been in our care for a couple of week, but thanks to our therapy staff, he will be going home to his family and friends. Tony said that he was pleased with his stay, and the reason why returned to Three Oaks again when he needed treatment.

Thank you to everyone who helped make our participation in the Walk to End Alzheimer's successful! A Three Oaks Health Services resident was even the blue flower holder of the event! We were the Pet Zone sponsor - special thanks to staff member Megan and her family for the help at the zone. We even had Wisconsin Rapids Health Services join us for the team picture! 💜📸🌸

Residents, volunteers and staff members put together more than 100 Promise Garden flowers together for the Walk to End Alzheimer's on Oct 4. Every person picks a flower for the reason they walk. Thank you to everyone for your help with this project each and every year to benefit the Alzheimer's Association! 💜🌼🌸
