In today’s world, we’re constantly looking down…at our phones, computers, and even while driving. This “tech neck” posture puts a huge strain on the muscles in your neck and upper shoulders, leading to stiffness, tension, and headaches.

Scheduling Update & Availability Changes

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick update regarding my schedule over the next few months.

With my schedule at the hospital changing, my availability for massage will be decreasing over the next few months. Don’t worry… this is temporary! Due to my availability decreasing, I will no longer be offering 30-minute sessions. Moving forward, appointments will be 1-hour sessions only. If you already have a 30 minute appointment on the schedule, no worries!! I will honor that. This change allows me to continue providing the best care possible while managing my schedule.

Starting at the end of March, I will be massaging EVERY Friday until baby arrives 🤍 With changes happening at my hospital job, and I want to be mindful of not overdoing it on my body while growing this little human.

I am hoping to massage up to the end of July! 🤞🏻 When I return in the fall, I will have increased availability, and I can’t wait for that! 🥳

I am currently booking into the end of May and have started a waiting list. If you’d like to be added, just let me know. I’m happy to reach out if any appointments open up due to cancellations or reschedules.

Most importantly, thank you. I’m so incredibly grateful for each and every one of my clients. Your support, kindness, and understanding mean more than you know 🫶

Happy New Year to all of you!! So grateful for all of my amazing clients who made this past year unforgettable 🤍
This New Year brings an exciting change…I’m expecting a baby!! I’m hoping to continue massaging as long as I’m able, ideally all the way up until close to my due date 🤍 Of course, I’ll be listening to my body and will keep everyone updated if any changes to my schedule are needed. Thank you again for another wonderful year. Can’t wait to continue our therapeutic journey 😊
