I wish I didn’t have to say this, but sometimes a little reminder is needed — I’m still human. I’m not a robot, and sometimes life just happens. There are days when I get sick or my kids have something come up that I need to take care of.
Most of my clients are so kind and understanding when things like this happen, and I appreciate you all more than you know!!💖 Unfortunately, not everyone reacts that way, and while I completely understand that it’s frustrating when plans change, please know it’s never easy for me to cancel. I HATE letting anyone down. I always do what’s best for everyone’s health and well-being.
To all my amazing, supportive clients: thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding. You make this work so meaningful. And to those who may need the reminder — I’m a person, not a machine. I’ve always been extremely understanding — so much so that I’ve never even implemented a cancellation fee. I know life happens, and I know people sometimes need to cancel. That’s why I do my best to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. I give my best, and I just ask for the same grace in return.
