Seeking assistant manager who’s been in caregiving at least a year. Experience caring for 8 or more people a plus.

Shift will be 2pm-10pm during weekdays and every other weekend 12 hour days 8a-8p.

Desired skills are ability to multitask, as well as a self motivated, organized individual. Will be responsible for all aspects of caregiving, with the added role of assisting manager with paperwork regarding state regulated tasks.

Our manager oversees the operations of the house, and is in direct contact with owner daily. Manager is doing on the floor duties as the only staff on during manager shift as well as overseeing staff and state required paperwork. Must enjoy overtime pay, be flexible to be on call. One week training provided, along with all CBRF credential classes. Certification Training free of charge. Incentives and raises available for good performance review.

PM caregiver works 2-10pm during the week and every other weekend works sat/sun 7a-7p. They work the floor with residents as well as carry out assistant manager duties.

Care for residents at night is on an as needed basis. Majority of job is cleaning facility and prepping for next days meals and some paperwork.
