A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments at Massage by KT. If unable to give the 24 hour notice you will be charged the full amount of the service. This includes appointments that are No shows! This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late to an appointment, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate my schedule. Regardless of length of treatment, the full amount of the service will still be due!
