Our residents are more than those we serve; they are the heart, soul, and purpose of Americare-Greenbrier Meadows🎄❤️

Yesterday was a day filled with joy, good food, and even better company. Our friends enjoyed a delicious lunch of sliders, fried mushrooms, Rotel, and chips, followed by a wonderful red Velvet poke cake made with love by Angie, our dietary manager 🍰

A special thank you to Jane and her husband Erik for stopping by during lunch to bring Christmas cards and gifts to our friends — your kindness truly meant so much and added extra joy to their day 🎁✨

Then came one of the most special parts of the day: taking turns opening Christmas gifts. It was a beautiful reminder that Christmas isn’t about the presents, but about the love, joy, and shared moments. One of our sweet friends enjoyed her gifts so much that she couldn’t help but share the experience, letting her friend help open them too. Moments like these are what make this season so special, and we are truly blessed to celebrate Christmas with such an amazing Greenbrier family. ❤️🎄

This morning our friends were pampered with getting their hair done 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️, this afternoon Aegis warmed hearts by bringing hot chocolate, cookies, and sweet conversation ☕🍪, and tonight Meridian C.P. Church of Greenfield wrapped up the day by singing beautiful Christmas carols 🎶❤️.

Smiles, laughter, and holiday cheer filled the building all day long. We are so thankful for everyone who helped make today so special for our friends! 🎄❤️

We had a joyful Christmas Family Night last night! 🎄✨
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the season. We are truly blessed with such wonderful residents and amazing families. ❤️

The smiles, laughter, and holiday cheer on our residents’ faces say it all — they had a holly jolly time! 🎅🎶 Hosting 60+ friends and loved ones and sharing the magic of Christmas together was truly a blessing.

A special thank you to Santa Claus 🎅❤️ for spending his busy Friday night with us during such a hectic season — we are so grateful!

And a huge thank you to our amazing staff ❤️👏 for all of your hard work, teamwork, and dedication in making this night so merry & bright!.🌟🎁We couldn’t do it without you!

We would like to give a huge thank you to the Dresden 4-H ladies for spending the afternoon with our friends, playing bingo, and bringing warm blankets and beautifully crocheted items! Our friends absolutely loved everything and had such a wonderful time! 💚🧶✨

Here’s an action video from one of the games Erin & Alexis set up for our friends! 🎄 They had to roll up wrapping paper using only their feet — such a great exercise, lots of laughs, and perfectly festive for the season! Our friends had so much fun with this one!

We want to give a big thank you to Erin & Alexis with Aegis for coming yesterday afternoon! They filled our day with festive holiday games and surprised our friends with the cutest little Christmas gifts. Spirits were bright, laughter was plenty, and our friends had an absolute blast! We appreciate you both spreading so much holiday cheer! 🎄✨

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 🧡

We celebrated the day with a delicious traditional feast — turkey, dressing, green beans, sweet potato casserole, deviled eggs, and a warm roll. And of course, we topped it all off with pecan pie and spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting!

Our hearts (and bellies!) are full. Wishing each of you a wonderful Thanksgiving! 🍁🥧🧡
