'Twas a few days before Christmas, and in the studio, the teachers are teaching and they are ready to go!!

We are having class on Monday evening and then Tuesday morn, so join us for relaxation and never for scorn.

We are closed on Thursday as you spend time with the fam, but you can join Robin for her Saturday jam!!!

If you need a stocking stuffer or a gift for Aunt Bea, Angie will sell you a yoga card, you can put under the tree.

So, we wish you a peaceful day and a more relaxing night. So, come join us for yoga, and after class you will feel just right!!!

With the weather being unpredictable and Angie being a big fat baby now, tonight’s yoga class will be canceled. We want everyone to stay safe and warm and comfortable. If Santa has canceled, Angie can cancel. Chill with your family tonight ❤️❤️

There are so many dumped and unwanted animals out there and it is hard for pounds and shelters to keep up with vetting costs.

I challenge other local businesses to chip in and sponsor. If each local business could chip in and sponsor a span/neuter for this local shelter we could go a long way to reducing the overpopulation. Thank you to the Dog Pound of Fulton KY and all other local pounds and shelters for doing all that you do.

It is quiet downtown Martin. We will be having a yoga class at 9:30, you can park in the back parking lot, then walk around and visit some of the tents upfront.

Angie will be teaching a hatha class on Monday, September 1 at 6 PM and it will go until 7:15 PM.

We will be practicing some relaxation techniques at the end to help us sleep, and do some great stretching and breathing throughout the class. Try it for free, your first class is always free down at the studio.
