All of them are connected. When we experience emotions there is a physical response.

Take embarrassment for example.
Shame

Usually someone’s face turns red. Their heart is probably racing. We all experience it.

These emotions can manifest in our bodies and cause tension subconsciously. Chronic pain without a good explanation? An otherwise “healthy” person can experience health issues if emotions and energy have been blocked somewhere in the body.

I practice Reiki (ray-key) which is a way to read the bodies energy and find areas that need healing in your life!

Healing is hard. Necessary though!
