Apple Valley Family Medicine has proudly served our community since 2016, offering preventive and chronic disease management for every member of the family — from pediatric to geriatric care. We believe in a proactive, compassionate approach to healthcare, with a strong focus on comprehensive yearly exams, screenings, and well-woman care.
Our dedicated team provides efficient, high-quality medical services for a wide range of health concerns. We welcome new patients and offer flexible, same-day scheduling to meet the needs of busy families.
Now, we’re looking to grow our team with a Part-Time or PRN Nurse Practitioner/PA who shares our passion for patient-centered care.

We’re Seeking Someone Who Is:
