✨A recent Harvard Study found that vitamin D can slow biological aging ✨

The trial indicated that daily vitamin D supplementation was associated with slower cellular aging, as evidenced by the preservation of telomere length.

Telomere Protection:
Telomeres are the protective caps on the ends of chromosomes that shorten with age and are linked to disease risk; vitamin D supplementation helped maintain their length.

Reduced Inflammation and Autoimmune Risk:
The study also found that vitamin D supplementation helped reduce inflammation and the incidence of autoimmune diseases.

Safety of 2,000 IU Daily:
The daily dose of 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 used in the study was found to be safe and did not result in adverse events for the participants.

What is the VITAL Trial:
The study was a sub-study of the large-scale VITAL trial, which is studying the impact of vitamin d and omega 3 fatty acid supplementation and the findings provide support for vitamin D's role in reducing inflammation and chronic disease risks as well as anti-aging properties.
