We had so much fun making the cutest little turkeys using simple, everyday materials!

The Body: A simple cardboard roll (like from paper towels or toilet paper).

The Feathers: Beautifully colored coffee filters!

This activity was a fantastic way to engage in light fine motor skill practice while sparking joy and creative expression. It's amazing what you can create with a little imagination!

As we admire our colorful creations, it's the perfect time to reflect on all the wonderful things in our lives. We are so thankful for our:

This Giving Tuesday, we ask that you please contribute to our "Help us Maintain our Bus" campaign!

A Senior Retreat is one of the very few organizations helping seniors stay active in their community and meeting new friends regardless of their diagnosis. We serve seniors in Morgan and surrounding counties with adult day programming and offer transportation to/from our center.

We recently purchased a new-to-us minibus to serve twice as many Friends each day!

Donations will help us with future oil changes, with every fill-up and eventually replace her tires. Any donation for this campaign will be used specifically for our bus.

Help us Name our Bus!🚐

Friends and followers, like and share this post and comment your name suggestions!

She's 2008 Chevy Express 350 with power lift with seating for 14 passengers!

She'll be on the road soon to transport seniors to and from our Martinsville center!

Our Friends in our program will decide from all the entries received through Sunday, November 16th!

We'll reveal her new name with her new decals by Friday, Nov. 21st!
