As we head into Thanksgiving, let's exercise a new mini-challenge that’s all about movement, gratitude, and speaking more kindly to ourselves: The 10-Day Gratitude Gains Challenge!
This mini challenge is a simple way to practice some intentional gratitude for your incredible body and everything it allows you to do while getting in some extra fitness. This is open to all!
Here’s how it works:
* Each day focuses on a different body part.
* You complete the listed exercise (break up the reps or modify as needed!)
* Then reflect on the gratitude prompt for that body part.
* Finally, post in the comment with .
You’ll find each day’s exercises, prompts, and details in the attached handout.
This is a chance to level up, connect with the community, and fill the week leading into Thanksgiving with positivity and self-appreciation. I hope you’ll join in!
