The Ranken Jordan Decade Club returned this year to members of our team who have brought for 10 or more years. Our growing club now includes 83 individuals representing 1,348 years of combined service. We extend a special congratulations to this year's Milestone honoreers:

WOW!! what an incredible day 🥳💚 Thank you to everyone who came out to possibilities, unleash potential, and nurture recovery at this year’s Ranken Jordan RUN! From our amazing runners and volunteers to our generous sponsors, you made this event such a success. 🏃‍♀️✨

We’re proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Nick Holekamp as Ranken Jordan’s first-ever Chief Health Transformation Officer. 🎉

For nearly 25 years, Dr. Holekamp has been at the heart of Ranken Jordan’s mission, championing our unique model and helping thousands of children with complex medical needs live, learn, and play while they heal.

In this new role, Dr. Holekamp will lead efforts to bring Care Beyond the Bedside to more hospitals and healthcare professionals across the country, transforming pediatric care through research, education, and the power of play.

Ranken Jordan is proud to Respiratory Therapist Preston, our 2025 PHIL Award winner!

The PHIL award (Pulmonary Health and Illnesses of the Lungs) was established by the FACES foundation to recognize outstanding respiratory therapists who provide care and treatment for patients with respiratory illnesses. Sharman Lamka established the PHIL award as part of the FACES Foundation after her husband. Phillip C. Lamka, passed away from Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD.) Sharman wanted to establish a way of acknowledging the valuable role that respiratory therapists play in the lives of patients with life-threatening pulmonary illnesses.
Thanks to the work of Preston and the rest of our all star team, our patients and families breathe easier. 🫁

It’s so we’re spotlighting one of our newest OTs here at Ranken Jordan: Madelyn Hubbs.

Born without an arm, Madelyn has turned what some would see as a limitation into a powerful asset. As a child, Madelyn received occupational therapy to help her adapt and thrive. Those experiences inspired her to become an occupational therapist (OT) herself.Now as an OT at Ranken Jordan, Madelyn is helping patients and their families learn to advocate for themselves, embrace their differences, and celebrate every milestone.
