Sure you can rent that rug doctor for $50 and buy the super foamy rug doctor shampoo but what you don't know is that shampoo you're using is gonna attract soil so you keep on renting that machine. That shampoo also won't remove certain stains and then the stain remover you bought just discolored your carpet permanently.

There's science behind this. I use professional products from encapstore.com and Jon-Don janitorial supplies.
