🚨MORE OPTIONS FOR FLEX AND WALK-IN PLANS!

You may have noticed double classes for some AMs popping up on the schedule! We are rolling out smaller capacity Flex reformer classes in the Mini-Gym to be able to accommodate demand while still staying true to The Body Method and prioritizing quality classes and instruction.

While many Flex classes will move to the Mini-Gym and will be indicated by the smaller class sizes, we will still have many Flex offerings in the Studio for those with flexible schedules!

Premium classes such as Peak Classes, Hot classes, Polesport, and theme nights will remain in the Studio and are still available to join with the Walk-in Pass or single class drop-ins if you would like to pre-book ā˜ŗļø

Book Peak Reformer theme nights now! Ari is taking over Monday nights starting March 9. She’ll be hosting themed Peak Reformer classes starting with a class dedicated to an award-worthy playlist and island vibes for Bad Bunny Nite!

All levels welcome, so bring the biggest Benito fan you know for some spicy reformer flows and high energy beats to get your body moving.

Our total body approach means transformational strength starts from the inside out! Being in the studio every night for our members, a quick easy meal or snack that is packed with nutrients helps start the day right.

Today we are delighted to share a recipe from one of our members . Vanesa is a Latina Dietitian who shows you that you can have delicious meals from your culture that support your health and body and fuel you.

It’s such an honor getting to know our community and the amazing work they do! Come into classes, check out our Ladies’ Nights, hang out in our lounge to meet and be inspired by some amazing women!

High-Protein Tortilla ā€œPan Dulceā€

Ingredients (1 serving)
• 1 high-protein tortilla (Mission Protein, etc.)
• ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (0-2%)
• 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Light sprinkle of cinnamon sugar (coconut sugar + cinnamon)
• Optional: sliced berries or any fruit!

Instructions
1. Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Warm the tortilla for 10-15 seconds or microwave 8-10 seconds to soften.
3. Spread the sweet yogurt filling over the tortilla. Dust lightly with cinnamon sugar.
4. Fold in half or roll it up like a taco.

Miley is back and better than ever with the weekly question! We really do feel blessed to be able to build this community with all of you in our first year. From the instructors, to members, to classes we appreciate it all. Looking forward to growing and getting stronger with all of you for years to come!
