Exciting for the community!
This is no April Fools here! Today, I am proud to introduce Sunflower Mental Health & Wellness.
Community Healthcare Systems of Northeast Kansas (also has multiple clinics including in Frankfort) is in the process of acquiring the primary care practice from Sunflower Medical Clinic.
We are transitioning out of Primary Care at this time, however will continue to care for all of our mental health clients for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, PTSD and more.
We look forward to continuing to care for our community through services that include:
• Mental health counseling
• Psychiatric medication management
• Skin care and acne management
• Anti-aging treatments
• Hormone evaluation and prescription hormone replacement
• Weight management
• Laser Hair Removal
• In-office appointments and telehealth sessions
Our clinic provides mental health counseling and medication management, offering telehealth sessions to better serve our patients.
We also have an amazing team, and over the coming days I will be introducing them to you. At Sunflower Mental Health & Wellness, no one person is more important than another—each member of our team brings unique strengths and compassion that help us better serve our clients.
While you are establishing care with a new provider for primary care, we will remain available up to May 15th, during this transition period if you need a medication refill or have an urgent concern at our new location. Your medical records will be transferred to Community Healthcare Systems of Northeast Kansas on April 15th. If you prefer to have your records sent to a different provider, we are happy to do so once we receive a signed release form from you.
