Exciting news! We will be holding open interviews for our Behavior Technician position in the Saginaw, Bay, and Midland areas.
Interviews will be held at 6200 State Street, Ste 3, in Saginaw, MI on 9/3/2025 and 9/4/2025 from 9 am to 5 pm. If you are interested but unavailable on these dates, you are encouraged to email your resume to Tayler Luke, Lead HR Specialist, at tayler.luke@autismsystemsaba.com
Please bring your resume, diploma/GED, and a valid drivers license.
Pay ranges from $16-$19 per hour based on experience. All training once hired is paid for and Autism Systems incurs any costs related to your pre-hire background checks.
Candidates must have a clear criminal background check in order to be hired.
Please share with anyone interested in an entry level position in the behavioral health field! We have a lead technician on site and a staff of amazing supervisors to help with ongoing training needs and support.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Marine City Maritime Days for inviting Autism Systems to be a part of this incredible event.
Hosting the Sensory Relief Tent was a truly meaningful experience. It provided a much-needed reprieve for many children, especially those sensitive to noise. The availability of noise-canceling headphones made a significant difference, allowing children to enjoy the festival in comfort and peace.

A special thank-you also goes out to the Battle of the Bands for including us as one of the featured charities in this year’s fundraising event. We are thrilled to share that we won again for the second year in a row, thanks to the amazing acoustic performance by Baron the Cretin. Your support helps us continue our mission and reach even more families in need.

Finally, we want to recognize and thank our incredible volunteers. Your dedication to fundraising, your compassionate support in de-escalating overwhelmed children at the Sensory Relief Tent, and your efforts in collecting donations during Battle of the Bands were invaluable. You are the heart of our organization, and we couldn’t do this without you.

Thank You to Our Incredible Volunteers!

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to all the amazing volunteers who came out and supported the Sensory Relief Tent at the Bavarian Festival this past weekend. Thanks to your dedication, compassion, and positive energy, we were able to provide a safe and calming space for countless children and families—and raise nearly $500 for the Foundation!

Your efforts made a real difference, and we are so grateful for the time, care, and kindness you brought to the event.
A special thank you to Martha and the Frankenmuth Cheese Haus for graciously allowing us to host the sensory tent as part of your event, and to Juli for welcoming our fundraising efforts in the main tent. Your support helped make this initiative possible and impactful.

Thank you to the Cruisin' 53 • Car Show & Cruise for allowing us to host a sensory tent at this year's festival. Your generosity provided a much-needed reprieve for children with autism and disabilities who can become overwhelmed by environmental stimuli such as noise, crowds, and the sun. Thanks to your support, we were able to create a safe and welcoming space where families could relax and enjoy the event.

A very special thank you goes to **Victoria Petty** for her incredible dedication in volunteering to help with this free service. Her willingness to work tirelessly—giving her seventh day and seamlessly transitioning into another demanding week—truly embodies the spirit of compassion and community.
