We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Marine City Maritime Days for inviting Autism Systems to be a part of this incredible event.
Hosting the Sensory Relief Tent was a truly meaningful experience. It provided a much-needed reprieve for many children, especially those sensitive to noise. The availability of noise-canceling headphones made a significant difference, allowing children to enjoy the festival in comfort and peace.
A special thank-you also goes out to the Battle of the Bands for including us as one of the featured charities in this year’s fundraising event. We are thrilled to share that we won again for the second year in a row, thanks to the amazing acoustic performance by Baron the Cretin. Your support helps us continue our mission and reach even more families in need.
Finally, we want to recognize and thank our incredible volunteers. Your dedication to fundraising, your compassionate support in de-escalating overwhelmed children at the Sensory Relief Tent, and your efforts in collecting donations during Battle of the Bands were invaluable. You are the heart of our organization, and we couldn’t do this without you.
