I officially have my intraoral endorsement through the state from the class I took back in January. This means I can start practicing and offering this service!

What is manual intraoral work?

This is a technique that while wearing gloves, the practitioner works directly on the muscles inside the mouth.

What can this help with?

TMJ disorders, chronic headaches, teeth grinding, and upper neck pain to name a few.

I’ll be offering this as a stand alone service, or in conjunction with a full bodywork session. ❤️

Another modality to add to my resume, I’m always continuing my education to best serve you! 👩🏻‍🎓

I spent the weekend in Bellingham learning intraoral therapy. Yes you read that right, this will allow me to work inside of the mouth to do more work on the jaw. This can specifically help with issues like headaches, migraines, TMJ disorders, and postural issues for example. 👄

I was inspired to do this work on people after already spending years working inside the mouth of horses in my equine practice. It can be super beneficial. 🐎

January 30th- Room for one session (late afternoon/evening)

I’ve been quiet for awhile, but I’m back at it for 2026!❤️

I now have my own space that I customized based out of the south Stanwood area. It’s in a 125 year old house that offers all the vibes, and I can’t wait to share it with you! ✨

I don’t share this space with any other therapist, so I’m also much more available. I work Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, and can do the occasional Thursday/Friday evening, and some weekends here and there.

I still offer customized sessions, utilizing modalities and tools such as swedish style massage, muscle scraping, trigger point work, cupping, fascial release, organ motility, tuning forks, and reiki/energy work. 💆‍♀️

I have some courses I’ll be taking this year to add to my list of modalities, so stay tuned!

I hope to see new and familiar faces this year!

I have been out of the country for the last few weeks and am still out of town until the 4th of July. But I of course ended up stumbling into a metaphysical shop in a little German town. Once I was inside, a huge storm started which kept me there for 20 minutes…I took that as a sign. 😂

I found a beautiful acupressure and trigger point tool to bring home and use in sessions. ❤️ It is made of Ruby Fuchsite, and is the “ultimate heart stone.” It is said to eliminate negative energy and create balance and harmony. This tool will not only save my hands from over working, but will also incorporate some crystal healing.

It’s always fun to pick up new tools!
