Our BTY March client of the month is Teddy Bunsold. Teddy has been doing semi-private personal training at BTY for a little over 6 months and has seen great results! Teddy has been very consistent with his workouts and pushes himself every time he is in the gym. We are impressed with his strength gains from all of his hard work! His most recent accomplishment is joining the 200 pound deadlift club a couple weeks ago (and working up to 220lbs last week!) We’re excited to see the progress he continues to make 💪🏻

Here is what Teddy had to say about his experience training at BTY:

“My favorite part about BTY training is how everything is tailored to my individual goals.
I have seen increased endurance and strength as well as improved physique.
My goals are to generally increase my physical ability and to maintain general physical health. My favorite accomplishment is being able to deadlift 200lbs.”

As a thanks for being our client of the month we donate $50 to the charity of Teddy’s choice. He chose the Union County Humane Society.

Strength Training for Runners 🏃‍♂️💪

Want to get faster? Strength training should be a key part of your running program.

Many runners focus only on logging miles. While speed work and running mechanics are essential, strength is often the missing piece. If your muscles can’t produce enough force, your speed and endurance gains will be limited.

Join BTY for the Coldest Night of the Year walk this Saturday to raise funds for people in our local community dealing with homelessness, hunger and hardship.

BTY is putting together a team for this nationwide event and raising funds for The Hope Center. We are looking for volunteers to walk with us and/or help raise funds.

Event details:
•Date: Saturday, February 28, 2026
•Time: 4-7pm
•Location: 333 North Maple Street Marysville, OH 43040
•Distance: 3 miles
•Cost: Free to participate, but fundraising is encouraged
