Happy Mother's Day to all mothers, new mothers, expecting mothers, grieving mothers, mentor mothers, spiritual mothers, foster mothers, fathers who have that duel role of father and mother, and every mother there is in this world and beyond!

Being a mom is not an easy role; although full of so much love there are times of so many other feelings and emotions that go with this role.

Remember that through the love and with your love everything else is forgotten and forgiven! Love overpowers everything else!

If you have lost your mom in whatever way or situation, I invite you to write them a card of your favorite memory or food and possibly bring their picture to your gathering table to be a part of your day!

May your day and life be full of blessing and peace! xoxo

Thank you so much Chelsea from County Public Library who are doing a series on Charlotte's Web and invited StoryBook Farm to talk about our animals and emotions; Theodore, our grief therapy dog joined me. The kids, parents and I engaged in an open discussion about emotions and how they react to them, the colors of emotions and what they do to handle them when they pop up. I demonstrated for all how to tap, grounding techniques like pretending to be a tree and breathwork, using their outward breath to be the wind blowing through our trees. The kids truly enjoyed holding and petting Theodore the best!

There’s a verse in the Bible that says your faith has to be only a small as a mustard seed. Can we all please have that Faith today?

After hearing Mark Zuckerberg say that posting the Lord’s Prayer violates their policies, I ask all Christians to follow my lead and post the Lord’s prayer. I declare my faith publicly. Jesus said, Whoever denies me here on earth, I will also deny him before my Father in heaven. Matthew 10:33
This is the best challenge I have seen on Facebook. So if you love Him and you're not ashamed, please join me on this faith challenge!
Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done
on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.

So I found my childhood Bible and found a ripped ticket from my 1st concert at MSG from 1977. I was invited by Commack High School North’s school photographer whose name I can’t remember. We sat in the 3rd row at this Queen concert and I caught a white rose Freddie threw out to the crowd at the end of the show. I still have 8x10 black and white pictures of Freddie and the band! What a memory forever etched in my heart!!!

To all the Veterans; thank you so much for voluntarily joining the military to protect our beautiful country! You truly have sacrificed so much for us all; sometimes without thanks, days off, Holidays with you families and so much more!

I also want to thank all the veterans families who stand in the background supporting you, especially in such a hard decision to join the military forces. I am a Marine mom and now how hard it was for my son to tell me he enlisted, however I was and still am so proud of his decision and the sacrifice he made for me, his family and our country.

I am so grateful to all the veterans and their families! Thank you all and you will continue to be in my prayers! xoxo

I am a Certified Grief Coach, End of Life/Death Doula, Certified EFT Practitioner and Advanced Reiki Master. Life's journey has not been an easy one for me over the past 20 years, however it has led me to open my arms and heart and guide others in their difficult journey. My farm's grief therapy dog Theodore and I often "work the stores" hoping to bring a smile to those we meet and open up conversation to those difficult topics.
