🚨 JUST RELEASED: 2026 Dirty Dozen & Clean Fifteen 🚨
Every year, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) drops their updated list of the fruits & veggies with the highest and lowest pesticide residues — and it’s a game changer for grocery shopping 🛒
🥬 DIRTY DOZEN (buy organic when you can):
Spinach, strawberries, kale/greens, grapes, peaches, cherries, nectarines, pears, apples, blackberries, blueberries, potatoes
🍍 CLEAN FIFTEEN (okay to buy conventional):
Pineapple, sweet corn, avocado, papaya, onion, sweet peas, asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, watermelon, mangoes, bananas, carrots, mushrooms, kiwi
👉 Translation: You don’t have to buy EVERYTHING organic—just be strategic.
✨ Pro tip:
If your family eats something daily (like berries, apples, or spinach), that’s where going organic matters most.
