Thanks for visiting my page. I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2000, beginning my career as a COTA (graduating from RSCC) and then returning to grad school to become an OTR. I completed my education in 2008 at Belmont University. I have worked in many settings with people across the lifespan, but I have a special place in my heart for the children and their families, which I have served for many years. In the past, I have served children outpatient, place of service-home, both on referral from physician and through our early intervention system, and now I find that it is time to pursue that adventure once again. I am working with Blue Cross Blue Shield to complete the contracting process, and I expect to be ready to accept new clients beginning Summer 2017. I will update this page to include the insurance plans that I will participate in, but I will also accept private pay and can provide you with a Superbill invoice at the end of the month for you to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company. I am currently pursuing contracts with BCBS, TennCare, Cigna, and TEIS. I'm also available for consultation services if you are not interested in direct treatment. Thanks for visiting my page!
