A Doula is a non-medical birth professional trained to help parents through the physical and emotional experience of having a baby.

Living with a newborn can be a challenge. Sleep deprivation can create frustration and stress or even exacerbate symptoms of postpartum depression. As your child grows, you may remember those first few weeks or months as a blur or as one of the hardest times of your life...or you may not remember much of this precious time with your newborn at all. Hiring a night nanny can allow new parents to get the sleep they need at night, making the days a time to enjoy with the new little one or siblings who may also be feeling the exhaustion of new life changes.
