Big things are happening at Bloom Functional Wellness!

This fall, we’ll be stepping into a new space. This move allows us to grow, serve more people, and expand what we offer to this incredible community.

What started as a vision to help people heal at the root has continued to evolve, and this next step is simply an opportunity to do that on an even greater level.

We’re so grateful for every patient, every referral, and every bit of support that’s brought us here. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

More details coming soon… we can’t wait to share all that’s ahead! Follow along as we bring this vision to life and share the journey of building our new home in Greenway Village, it’s gonna be GREAT!

Sleep isn’t just about supplements or screen time.

Nutrition plays a key role in sleep quality — especially when it comes to cortisol, serotonin, melatonin, and blood sugar regulation.

When blood sugar drops overnight, stress hormones can rise, which may lead to difficulty staying asleep or waking between 2–3am.

Supporting sleep often looks like:

• Eating enough throughout the day
• Prioritizing protein at meals
• Allowing carbohydrates at dinner
• Supporting blood sugar overnight

January at Bloom is focused on sleep, recovery, and building a strong foundation — and nutrition is one of the most overlooked tools for better rest.

Save this post for later or share with someone who’s struggling with sleep.

If you’re waking up at 2–3 AM or feeling exhausted despite “enough” sleep, your body may be asking for more support, not more willpower.

Food and drink directly impact sleep efficiency by influencing hormones, blood sugar, and stress response. At Bloom, we look deeper to uncover what your body needs to rest well and truly recharge.

Rest is medicine. And sometimes, it starts with dinner.
